Commissioner's Park, located near Dow's Lake at the corner of Preston Street and Queen Elizabeth Drive. For decades now members of the Dutch Royal Family have visited Commissioner's Park.
The Greenbelt was created by Jacques Greber, to be a living memorial dedicated to Canadian soldiers.
What should not be located on Queen Juliana Park
A hospital; massive new parking lots (the Dow's Lake parking lot should be left just the way it is, for local parking and for tourists;);biotechnology laboratories; residences; a helicopter landing site; fences that encircle the land; "PRIVATE PROPERTY" and "NO TRESPASSING" signs.
The land should be preserved and designated a national urban park. Local residents and people from all over the world should be welcomed to this haven, with commemorative statues and giant tulips. The Park should always be a major venue for Canada Day celebrations, the Canadian Tulip Festival and for fundraising events, for example to raise money for animal shelters.

The entire Experimental Farm on Carling Avenue was designated a National Interest Land Mass.
