Will the "Central Experimental Farm" sign at Carling and Maple Drive be removed? Will people have to show ID papers and make reservations to visit the Dominion Observatory campus?
This is totally outrageous--- as I have mentioned before, the Ottawa Observatory was modeled after the Royal Observatory in Greenwich, England, designed by Sir Christopher Wren, who also designed Kensington Palace, St. Paul's Cathedral and many other landmarks.
