Cave exploring in Alberta and California.

My brother and my children near a Lethbridge Alberta cave.

A labyrinth of tunnels run beneath the endangered Kingston Penitentiary, and one of the tunnels is wide enough to drive a car through. The tunnel that connected the Kingston Pen to the Prison for Women has been sealed off. The Pen and Prison for Women should be preserved and the Village of Portsmouth in Kingston should be a UNESCO World Heritage Site. As I have said before, the Pen, P4W, Collins Bay, the Church of the Good Thief, the Penitentiary Water Tower, Stone Gables, Rockwood, the Penitentiary Museum and Isabel McNeill House all share a common theme---they were all built by local inmates and constructed with limestone. The Australian Convict Sites are protected by an agency of the United Nations called UNESCO---there is no reason why the buildings in the Village of Portsmouth cannot be saved.
Kingston is The Limestone City and The Penitentiary Capital of Canada "Where history and innovation thrive".
