Ottawa region
1.)  RCAF-CFB Rockcliffe
2.)  National War Museum - Sussex Drive
3.)  Wallis House - 589 Rideau Street.
4.)  Daly Building property.
5.)  Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation National Office land - 700 Montreal Road.
6.)  Atomic Energy of Canada building - Tunney's Pasture.
7.)  Central Experimental Farm - 91 acres, the Clyde/Merivale lands.
8.)  Kanata Post Office
9.) The CANMET laboratory at the Booth Street Complex.
10.) LeBreton Flats.
11.) Beaver Barracks - at Catherine, Metcalfe and Argyle Streets.
12.) Rideau Centre shopping mall.
13.) Rideau Veteran's Lodge on Smyth Road.
14.) Forintek Building next to CMHC Headquarters.
15.) The Ottawa Normal School at Elgin and Lisgar is part of Ottawa City Hall.
16.) The Mackenzie King Bridge was sold to the City of Ottawa.

Gatineau
1.) National Wildlife Centre - 100 Gamelin Boulevard Hull.

Ottawa properties that may privatized in the near future, unless the National Capital Act, Surplus Crown Assets Act and Federal Real Property Act are repealed or changed.
1.) National Defence Medical Centre - Alta Vista Drive.
2.) Canadian Broadcasting Corporation Headquarters - 1500 Bronson - The CBC has been delisted from the Federal Directory of Real Property. High rise condominiums called TV Tower 1 and TV Tower 2 were built on CBC land in Vancouver.
3.) More CEF land, the Civic Hospital wants to buy 50 acres of land from the National Capital Commission. The Sir John Carling Building with its irreplaceable mural by Takao Tanabe was demolished a few years ago, however the mural was removed and saved. The Dominion Observatory and surrounding buildings are at risk.
CFB Rockcliffe was worth $1.3 billion dollars.
