Also, the entire Farm may be designated a Cultural Heritage Landscape under Part V of the Ontario Heritage Act. The Ontario government helped to save the Booth Barn during the 1990's, and the province may be called upon to save the Dominion Observatory, the South Azimuth, William Saunders Building, greenhouses, Arboretum Woods, Central Experimental Farm Woods, Prince of Wales Woods (CEF) and Ornamental Gardens.
