The Scribe Hotel, Paris France.

The Government of Canada paid more than $2 million dollars for the hotel in 1924, and wanted to rename it the "Palais Canadien."
According to a Deed, the people of Canada are supposed to own the hotel for 99 years, from 1923 until 2022.
