The Gladstone Station Secondary Plan.

High density residential development is mandatory near LRT stations, read the " Preston Carling District Secondary Plan." The following properties will be impacted by the Gladstone LRT project.

Adult High School, the former High School of Commerce, 300 Rochester Street. During the year 1980 I attended this school.Wikipedia photo.
