A 1980's document from the library on Laurier Avenue. Already sold or endangered: 1.) Earnscliffe 2.) Central Experimental Farm 3.) Ottawa Teachers College 4.) Rideau Canal. 5.) Chateau Laurier 6.) land beneath the Daly Building.

The Booth Barn and 50 more properties were slated for demolition in 1996. The Ontario government and heritage organizations mobilized to save the barns, greenhouses etc.
