Senate Bill S-203 would protect the Parliamentary Precinct, which includes buildings on Wellington Street across from Parliament Hill; the northern half of the Sparks Street Mall; the Western Annex of the Precinct at Lebreton Flats and the Dominion Observatory. Also, the Rideau Canal and adjacent land, Greenbelt, Gatineau Park, Scenic Parkways, the Farm, etc. cannot be encroached upon and monetized.
