The following landmarks and buildings are being sold on the open market.

Is the Government of Canada conducting a fire sale of Crown assets?  The following properties are listed on a website called Federal Properties for Sale.

1.)  The ESpace 400e Pavilion was created to commemorate the founding of Quebec City by Samuel de Champlain in 1608. On January 18, 2019 the ESpace 400e Pavilion was listed on the Federal Properties for Sale website.
The landmark is located at 100 Quai Saint-Andre, Quebec City, Vieux Port de Quebec.

An interior view of the ESpace Pavilion. I believe that the Fairmont Chateau Frontenac Hotel can be seen in the distance.
2.)  Canada Revenue Agency Building, 4909 50th Street, Red Deer Alberta, the sale price is $4,500,000 dollars. Whats going on with Revenue Canada, why does Larco own so many CRA buildings?

b.)  Jean-Charles Chaplais Experimental Farm - Levis, Quebec.
c.)  Delhi Research Farm, Ontario.
d.)  Upton Experimental Farm - Charlottetown, Price Edward Island. A singer and songwriter uploaded his song on YouTube "Help Save Old Upton Farm".
e.)  Kapuskasing Beef Research Farm - Ontario.

g.)  Fort Vermillion Research Farm - Alberta.
h.)  Vegreville Research Farm - near Edmonton, Alberta.
i.)  Cereal Research Centre - Winnipeg, Manitoba.
j.)  Smithfield Experimental Farm - City of Quine West, Ontario.
k.)  Greenbelt Research Farm, Ottawa - closed in 1995. The Farm encompasses 2,965 acres of land bordering Hunt Club, Woodroffe Avenue, Fallowfield Road and Greenbank road. The National Capital Commission sold part of the land to a movie studio and to an Agricultural Technology company that uses drones and driverless tractors for example.

s.)  Central Experimental Farm - Ottawa, Ontario. During the year 1988 the Mulroney government sold 91 acres of the Farm to the Municipality of Ottawa. The City then sold the land to a developer who created a subdivision called "Central Park." Now the National Capital Commission  and a provincial MP want to see a new Civic Hospital built on the Farm---where the Sir John Carling Building used to be, and near the Dow's Lake Pavilion and Commissioners Park. Commissioners Park is a national site that honours Canadian soldiers, and was visited by Her Royal Highness Princess Margriet of the Netherlands and her husband.
A new Civic Hospital near Dow's Lake and the Park will destroy the peace and tranquility of the site, which is a major tourist attraction and sacred ground. I can just imagine the noise pollution that will be created by a new hospital; the light pollution; the noise from helicopters landing on the roof...I take bus rides past the Queensway Carleton Hospital, with its enormous parking lots, and on-going construction during the spring and summer.
Her Majesty Queen Juliana and H.R.H Prince Bernhard visit Dow's Lake, Ottawa during the Tulip Festival. I inherited the photo from my Dad.
