The Wellington Building, 180 Wellington Street, Ottawa- A recently crafted Senate bill called Bill S-203 was created, to save all of the federal buildings in the Parliamentary Precinct from demolition or inappropriate alterations. 180 Wellington was sold to the Government of Canada in 1973.
