Central Experimental Farm land - 960 Carling Avenue, Ottawa - Agriculture Canada. Sold for $1 dollar to a health care corporation.

Ottawa Community Housing is also paying nothing for CFB Rockcliffe land. CFB Rockcliffe was worth over a billion dollars 21 years ago:
