The hospital relocation is disrupting Agriculture Canada's vision for the Farm.

1.)  Agriculture Canada wanted to redevelop the Sir John Carling Building cafeteria annex to house a visitor's centre and a national seed and insect collection.
2.) "Prince of Wales Drive should be maintained as a two-lane road." Prince of Wales Drive, Maple Drive and Birch Drive are being widened to accommodate the new mega project.
3.)  Agriculture Canada wanted to maintain views of the William Saunders Building. However the DARA Tennis Club was evicted by TOH and the historic shrubs are being relocated.
